| Resumo: | A monografia trata do tema "a importância da implantação de Procons municipais na busca pela igualdade material". Pretende-se, à luz da literatura recente e relevante, a propósito da situação em tela, analisar, discutir e apresentar os principais aspectos teóricos que envolvem essa problemática. Para tanto, utiliza-se a metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica que consiste, basicamente, na leitura, fichamento e comparação das teorias dos principais autores do Direito que tratam desse problema. Partindo-se do pressuposto de que é dever do Estado intervir em favor da proteção e garantia dos direitos do consumidor, organizando o sistema através da distribuição de competências, bem como considerando os principais aspectos atinentes à competência municipal em legislar e usar de esforço para a implantação de tal órgão, usando-se da literatura em foco, "a importância da implantação de Procons municipais na busca pela igualdade material" é um tema que se apresenta como fundamental para todo e qualquer cidadão, pois é no Município que todos residem e o órgão de fato contribui para a tutela das relações de consumo no âmbito nacional. |
| Resumo em outro idioma: | The monograph deals with the theme "the importance of the implantation of municipal Procons in the search for material equality". It is intended, in the light of the recent and relevant literature, on the situation in view, to analyze, discuss and present the main theoretical aspects that involve this problem. For this, the methodology of bibliographical research is used, basically consisting in the reading, writing and comparison of the theories of the main authors of the Law that deal with this problem. Assuming that it is the duty of the State to intervene in favor of the protection and guarantee of consumer rights, organizing the system through the distribution of competences, as well as considering the main aspects related to the municipal competence in legislating and use of the effort to implement such an organ, using the literature in focus, "the importance of the implantation of municipal Procons in the search for material equality" is a theme that presents itself as fundamental for all citizen, because it is in the Municipality that all reside and the body actually contributes to the protection of consumer relations at the national level. |
