A importância da implantação de Procons municipais na busca pela igualdade material.

Abstract

The monograph deals with the theme "the importance of the implantation of municipal Procons in the search for material equality". It is intended, in the light of the recent and relevant literature, on the situation in view, to analyze, discuss and present the main theoretical aspects that involve this problem. For this, the methodology of bibliographical research is used, basically consisting in the reading, writing and comparison of the theories of the main authors of the Law that deal with this problem. Assuming that it is the duty of the State to intervene in favor of the protection and guarantee of consumer rights, organizing the system through the distribution of competences, as well as considering the main aspects related to the municipal competence in legislating and use of the effort to implement such an organ, using the literature in focus, "the importance of the implantation of municipal Procons in the search for material equality" is a theme that presents itself as fundamental for all citizen, because it is in the Municipality that all reside and the body actually contributes to the protection of consumer relations at the national level.
