Abstract

This monographic work deals with the theme shared guard and its social relevance. It is intended, in the light of the recent and relevant literature on the situation on the screen, to analyze, discuss and present the main theoretical aspects that involve this problem, as well as the practical aspect accomplished through the jurisprudential analysis. For this, the hermeneutical method of research is used, which basically consists of reading, writing and comparing the theories of the main authors of the Law that deal with this problem.
