Formação em serviço social : problematizando as dimensões da prática profissional a partir da experiência de estágio curricular obrigatório no HSC.

Abstract

The Course Conclusion Paper presented here aims to analyze the practice of compulsory curricular traineeship practiced by the academic in Santa Cruz Hospital, in the municipality of Santa Cruz do Sul, from 2015/2 to 2017/1. This CBT, which addresses the theme of Social Service training, results from the experience lived as a trainee of that organization, more precisely with the team of the Integrated Service of Psychosocial Care - SIAP. The central problem of CBT is the question of "how has the process of compulsory curricular traineeship in the Social Work of the student in the Santa Cruz Hospital from 2015/2 to 2017/1" been constituted? The hypotheses created to answer the presented problem were represented by the three constitutive dimensions of the work of the social worker, namely, ethical-political, theoretical- methodological and technical-operative. The methodology consisted of qualitative research from documents constructed by the academic during the internship, these being the field diaries and descriptive and final reports. The experience made possible the understanding of the work processes of the social worker, based on the theoretical apprehension acquired in the classroom, as well as the understanding of their own processes as a trainee. Among the results obtained by the academic as a trainee of Social Service at HSC, it is also worth noting the personal accomplishment in being able to be part of that team.
