Abstract

The present monographic work aims to analyse understanding of education professionals about the fundamental rights of children and adolescents and the attributions of the organs of the rights assurance system. In this context, the problem to be faced is to investigate which the understanding education professionals on the rights of children and adolescents and the System of Rights Guarantees. To handle this task, the method used is to Deductive procedure and the Monographic method with bibliographic research techniques, Documentary. Bibliographic research Was Performed in the physical and virtual libraries offered by the law course and by the UNISC Master and Doctorate in Law Program, in the CAPES Theses and Dissertations Portal and other search databases Scientific. Finally, it can be argued that we need to discuss and disseminate the functioning of the system of guarantees of the rights of children and adolescents, because what is in vogue for education professionals is the idea that the legislation protecting the child and the Adolescent does not contribute to teaching relations. This idea is the preponderance of common sense to the detriment of scientific studies, a reality impregnated in Brazilian society, when talking about issues involving sociological, political and economic aspects.
