Qualidade de vida no trabalho e a violência em sala de aula : perspectivas de professoras da rede pública estadual de Santa Cruz do Sul/RS.

Abstract

Currently, a great challenge for the professional of the education becomes to be inserted in a context of classroom where the violence is happening as many on facts. The present study, carried through as work of conclusion of the course of Psychology of the University of Santa Cruz do Sul - UNISC, it had as objective to analyze the quality of life in the work of teachers of a school of the state public net of the city of Santa Cruz do Sul/RS, and its perspectives front the questions of violence in the context of classroom. The methodology used in this research was of qualitative and exploratory matrix, using interviews half structured with eight teachers a state school of the city. After the accomplishment and transcription of the interviews, of the thematic analysis of content and theoretical basement were constructed three categories. The first one, intitled “Pleasure and suffering in the work front the violence” displays what the teachers live deeply in classroom and what they make to protect itself of the violence. In the second category, “the meanings and the recognition attributed to this profession”, were observed that in diverse situations they feel difficulty of if displaying and intervining, there fore, if they are felt fragile ahead of such situations. In the third category, “the physical and emotional consuming ahead of the questions of violence and overload in the work”, from the collected data, we perceive that ahead of as many daily challenges faced by them, either in relation the violence, but for the valuation of this profession and for the overload in the work has also not culminated in serious consequences, as much for the education how much the health of these professionals.
