| Resumo: | Este estudo buscou problematizar as escritas produzidas por sujeitos em comentários de notícias que abordam a temática dos Direitos Humanos. A Declaração Universal dos Direitos marca uma passagem corresponde à legitimação de um estado democrático que assegura ao homem direitos inalienáveis à ele, ao mesmo tempo e que mantém todos os cidadãos sob a necessidade de que o Estado lhes garanta estes direitos. A mídia é compreendida como um dispositivo que, narrando fatos, contribui para a produção da história que atravessa e constitui indivíduos. Os sujeitos, ao tensionarem uma relação com a mídia, vivem suas subjetividades moldadas no registro social e produzem diferentes significados. O momento atual vivenciado aponta para um cenário de discordâncias e confrontos, marcando a impossibilidade do diálogo e a intolerância disseminada nas redes sociais, não sendo possível desconsiderar este contexto onde emergem práticas e produções fascistas. Os dados produzidos neste estudo foram produzidos a partir de comentários de notícias publicadas na internet no site G1 - O portal de notícias da Globo. Os comentários escolhidos foram aqueles que possibilitaram uma problematização acerca dos Direitos Humanos. Este estudo fundamenta-se nos pressupostos de autores pós-estruturalistas, tendo como conceito operador a produção da verdade, apresentada por Michel Foucault. Considera-se os sujeitos como efeitos das relações de poder que se estabelecem nos jogos entre as verdades. A análise produziu três marcadores, trazendo o lugar de desacerto que os Direitos Humanos ocupam na vida dos sujeitos, a denúncia como uma ferramenta que utilizada para desqualificar os Direitos Humanos através de suas incongruências e o modo de compreender os Direitos Humanos como necessários às vidas dos seres humanos. Não se trata, assim, de compreender os Direitos Humanos por um viés essencialista e naturalista. Se trata de enxergá-los como descontínuos, processuais e múltiplos abarcando a diversidade, o que caracteriza uma forma de resistir em tempos que lembram o fascismo. A problematização das verdades produzidas sobre Direitos Humanos em um contexto onde os discursos de ódio e intolerância permeiam as relações, torna-se uma produção que carrega um caráter político, e, logo, de relevância social. |
| Resumo em outro idioma: | This study has as objective to problematize the writings produced by subjects in comments of news that approach the theme of the Human Rights. The Universal Declaration of the Human Rights mark a passage that correspond to the legitimation of a democratic state that assures inalienable rights to the man, at the same time that maintains all the citizens under the need that the State guarantees them these rights. The media is understood as a device that, through the narrative of facts, contributes to the production of the history that crosses and it constitutes individuals. The people, in a relationship with the media, live their moulded subjectivities in the social registration and produce different meanings. The lived current moment appears for a scenery of disagreements and confrontation, marking the impossibility of the dialogue and the intolerance disseminated in the social nets, not being possible to disregard this context where practices and fascist productions emerge. The data produced in this study were produced starting from comments of news published in the internet in the site G1 - The portal of news of Globo. The chosen comments were those that made possible to problematize understandings about Human Rights. This study is based in the presuppositions of the authors post-structuralism and has as concept operator the production of the truth, presented by Michel Foucault. It is considered the subjects as effects of the relationships of power that are established in the games among the truths. This analysis produced three markers, bringing the mistake place that the Human Rights occupy in the life of the subjects, the accusation as a tool that is used to disqualify the Human Rights through their incongruities and the way of understanding the Human Rights as necessary to the human beings’ lives. It is not treated, like this, of understanding the Human Rights for an inclination essentialist and naturalistic. It is seeing them as discontinuous, procedural and multiples embracing the diversity, what characterizes a form of to resist in times that remind the fascism. To problematize the truths produced about Human Rights in a context where the hate speeches and intolerance permeate the relationships, becomes a production that carries a political character, and, therefore, of social relevance. |
