dc.description.abstract	The present study has as scope to analyze the current national system of protection to the immigrants under the international bias in comparison with the edition of Law 13.445 / 2017 (Law of Migration) and the conduct adopted by Brazil in relation to the Venezuelan. With the current crisis in the Bolivarian country the migratory flow is intensifying towards the Brazilian territory, the immigrants come to Brazil in search of protection and minimum conditions of subsistence. So it is questioned: what guarantees are due to immigrants and how Brazil is positioning itself on the human rights of Venezuelans? As for the research method, the deductive method will be used, through a brief explanation of the history of human rights, its theories and foundations, as well as the exposition of its evolution, to later draw an analysis of the aspects related to the immigration of the people during the history and the reflexes of the current mass immigration of Venezuelans along the Brazilian borders, explaining the public policies adopted by the country for the reception of the Venezuelan people.	pt_BR

dc.description.resumo	O presente estudo tem como escopo analisar o atual sistema nacional de proteção aos imigrantes sob o viés internacional em comparação com a edição da Lei 13.445/2017 (Lei de Migração) e a conduta adotada pelo Brasil em relação aos egressos venezuelanos. Com a atual crise no país bolivariano o fluxo migratório vem se intensificando em direção ao território brasileiro, os imigrantes vem ao Brasil em busca de proteção e condições mínimas de subsistência. Sendo assim questiona-se: quais as garantias devidas aos imigrantes e como o Brasil vem posicionando-se quanto aos direitos humanos dos venezuelanos? Quanto ao método de pesquisa, utilizar-se-á o método dedutivo, através de uma breve explanação do histórico dos direitos humanos, suas teorias e fundamentações, bem como a exposição de sua evolução, para posteriormente traçar uma análise dos aspectos voltados à imigração dos povos durante a história e os reflexos da atual imigração venezuelana em massa junto as fronteiras brasileiras, explanando quais as políticas públicas adotadas pelo país para o acolhimento do povo venezuelano.	pt_BR
