Regularização fundiária : um estudo de caso no município de Capão da Canoa.

Abstract

The presente problem is circumscribed in the field that the impact that the legal it yof the properties made by land regularization causes for the community in general assisting in the social issue and for the municipality with regard to the a idoffundraising, in viewof a determined housingdeficit , such public policy a imsto regularize properties. The the me directly affects people with a low income profile who did not have access to formal housing production, thus, as a consequence, they are prevented from fully exercising the ircitizenship. The objective of the presente study was tounder stand the function ingand the impactthat the legalit yof the properties causes for the community and the municipality. Finally, in the presente work it was found that land tem ureregularization has a lotof legal and social importance both for the municipality and mainly for the beneficiary of the program. Such research used the deductive method.
