Sujeitos anônimos, histórias públicas : revelação, linguagem e diálogos virtuais.

Abstract

This research aimed to observe and analyze how the interactions between people in psychological distress happen in online groups of mutual help. Pertinent question, thinking that these people look for other people with similar symptoms. For this analysis, two different platforms were used, which are: a group on Facebook and an application entitled “amigos virtuais”. This work was a bibliographic review and a qualitative and relational nature, we seek through recent and current scientific productions to support theoretically this little explored phenomenon in Brazilian literature. In this way, authors such as Agamben, Dolto and Dunker were used to think about the place of the virtual. In addition, from the analyzed publications, we list the themes of immediacy, time, God and language to be able to think about these environments and their implications. Furthermore, as the production of this work was carried out between the second half of 2019 and the first half of 2020, we could not fail to speak of the space that the virtual has occupied in our post-pandemic lives. It was concluded that the virtual space, beyond what is thought, is a possible place for linguistic people to express themselves, and that their concerns do not end in a post, however, the virtual dialogues allow some time easing, in a period of humanity marked by immediacy, it is through language that traces of the unnamed have the possibility to register.
