A minirreforma eleitoral e suas consequências em meio a pandemia (Covid-19).

Abstract

This course conclusion work has as its theme the Electoral Mini Reform carried out in 2017 and its consequences in the municipal elections in 2020, amidst the chãos experienced in the pandemic. Thus, there are two sides, on the one hand the changes in the electoral system bring a mini reform, on the other, the pandemic (COVID 19) dictates its consequences. Thus, this monograph aims to analyze the changes in Brazilian electoral legislation over the past few years, understanding the new possibilities o f electoral campaigns, through the internet, in the midst of one of the worst pandemics ever experienced by humanity. In this context, the problem to be faced is to verify the direct influence of the internet on the Electoral Mini Reform, taking into accou nt the challenges of a political campaign that has never been e approach method will be used, since the theme addresses a current issue, object of many debates and questi ons. Initially, the general elements related to the 2017 Electoral Mini Reform will be verified, linked to the practicality of the internet amidst the consequences of a pandemic. Thus, the specific aspects will be aimed at analyzing the characterization of electoral campaign financing. Finally, it can be said that the study of the topic is of fundamental importance, since an analysis of the use of the internet is made as it facilitates the winning of votes in electoral campaigns, aiming at the success of th e election, in addition to enabling the voter to carry out a study critical of the candidate and the electoral system.
