Cooperativas do agronegócio : benefícios da utilização da Cédula de Produto Rural.

Abstract

This academic work focuses on the study of the Bill of Rural Product, a credit instrument with an important position for the private financing of Brazilian rural production, and wants to verify if there is and what are the benefits to agribusiness cooperatives and for farmers. The method of approach used is deductive, with the search and dialogue in the national legislation, in literature, periodicals and informatives about the subject. The study of Agribusiness Law has a fundamental importance to recognize and refine its own legal regime, the study and appreciation of cooperative societies, in addition to the strength and union of the farmers. The theme is part of the field of private law relations, specifically business law, dialogues with public policies, in addition to being linked to economic and regional development. It aims to encourage the expansion of research, consequent mitigation of risks of agricultural activity, investments and commercial exchanges with security and legal predictability, being able to leverage the national economy and assist in the restructuring of the country's position on the world stage.
