| Resumo: | O presente estudo tem como objetivo analisar o ambiente empreendedor onde estão inseridas as micro e pequenas empresas da região do Vale do Paranhana/RS (VP). Podem-se citar como componentes do ambiente empreendedor, entre outros, as instituições púbicas de regulação e apoio aos empreendedores e empresas, a estrutura setorial que dá suporte às demais empresas, a mão de obra disponível e utilizada, as organizações de cooperação ao empreendedorismo e às empresas e a cultura empresarial existente na região. A criação de novas empresas e organizações não pode ser realizada fora da sociedade que as impulsiona, e a permanência e o desenvolvimento dessas dependem da capacidade da região em sustentar suas criações, sendo esse o motivo da necessidade de se analisar o ambiente empreendedor da região do VP. Trata-se de um estudo de caso onde, para analisar a organização e o desenvolvimento do ambiente empreendedor das micro e pequenas empresas na região do Vale do Paranhana e as relações existentes entre esse ambiente e os micro e pequenos empresários da região, foram consideradas as atividades desenvolvidas pelos agentes de fomento ao empreendedorismo na região do VP entre os anos de 2001 e 2011 e selecionadas as instituições com maior representatividade regional. A relação dos micro e pequenos empresários com o ambiente empreendedor foi analisada com base na demanda do empresariado quanto às informações, benefícios e programas de capacitação e gestão oferecidos pelo ambiente, utilizando como meio o questionário estruturado. A pesquisa foi realizada entre outubro de 2012 e março de 2013 e identificou as organizações e agentes empreendedores relevantes para o sucesso do ambiente empreendedor da região do VP, bem como fatores que devem ser aprofundados como forma de buscar o desenvolvimento da região. |
| Resumo em outro idioma: | The present study has as main objective to analyze the entrepreneur environment where the micro and small regions of the Paranhana Valley/RS (VP) are inserted. We can mention as components of the entrepreneur environment, among others, the public institutions of regulation and support to the entrepreneurs and companies, the sector structure which offers support for other companies, the available and the used manpower, the organizations of cooperation to the entrepreneurship and to the companies, and the entrepreneur culture of the region. The creation of new companies and organizations doesn’t exist out of the society that propels them, and the abidance and development of the aforementioned depend on the capacity of the region in maintaining their creations, which is why there is the necessity of analyzing the entrepreneur environment of the VP region. It’s a case study that aims the analysis of the organization and development of the entrepreneur environment in micro and small companies in the region of the Paranhana Valley, and the relations which exist between this environment and the micro and small businessmen in the region, we took into consideration the activities done by the promoting agents with the entrepreneurship of the VP region between the years of 2001 and 2011, and selected the institutions with the most important representativeness in the region. The relation of the micro and small businessmen with the entrepreneur environment was analyzed taking into account the demand of the business community in what refers to information, benefits and programs of capacity and management offered by the environment – a structured quiz was used for that. The research was held between October, 2012 and March, 2013, and it identified the organizations and entrepreneur agents relevant to the success of the entrepreneur environment of the VP region, as well as the factors that must be deepened as a way to reach the development of the region. |
