dc.description.abstractThe present monograph discusses the teme "Work cooperatices : the fraudulent ways to circumvet the labor law", wherein, initially, will be studied the beginning of the cooperatives, till its accomplish, since the cooperatives are increasingly commons in the labor offshoot. To the work development were used literary and jurisprudential references, covering specifics cases that occurred in the region, where was recognized the irregular execution of the labor cooperatives, considering the elements that offend the labor relation principles. Therefore, the monograph aims to add knowledge to the society, as well as to the business segment, regarding the labor cooperatives regularization, since its right way of execution, evidencing, also, the frauds that involves the respective labor society.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoO presente tranalho monográfico trata do tema "Cooperativas de trabalho : as formas fraudulentas de burlar o direito do trabalho", sendo inicialmente estudado o surgimento das cooperativas, até sua concretização, uma vez que as cooperativas estão cada vez mais comuns no ramo laboral. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho, utilizou-se referências literárias e jurisprudenciais, abrangendo casos específicos ocorridos na região, onde restou reconhecida a irregular execução das cooperativas de trabalho, considerando os elementos que ferem os princípios que norteiam as relações de emprego. Portanto, almeja-se acrescentar conhecimento à sociedade, bem como ao núcleo empresarial, no tocante a regularização das cooperativas de trabalho, desde sua correta forma de execução, demonstrando também as fraudes que envolvem respectivo tipo de sociedade laboral.pt_BR
