This article is about the “Municipal Legislative Process: the function of the Constitucion Commissions, Justice and Edition”. The objective is to analysis, to discuss and to introduce the principal theoretic aspects that envolve that problematic. Therefore, it’s used the methodology of bibliographic research that consists, principally in Reading, formulary and comparisons of theories of the principal authors of the Law Course that treat about that problem. The Federal Constitution of 1988 is the greatest law and must be respected in totally, it is of extreme importance that the mechanism of the Constitutional laws vigor in force and so have legal efficiency. It’s also checked the necessity of a study in depth about the function of the thematic commission of the Constitution, Justice and Edition, together the Town Council, because they responsible in the legislative process to assure the constitutionally of the laws. To diagnostic it, is to proportion at the Constitution, Justice and Edition a guarantee in the performance of your atributes and consequently and appropriated legislative, able to assure the legal effects.
