Abstract: Access to culture and the arts is a guaranteed social right, but it still represents a challenge for people with disabilities due to social and spatial barriers. Accessibility in cultural spaces is often limited to elements such as ramps and adapted restrooms, disregarding the wide range of existing disabilities. In this context, this research, developed as a Final Graduation Project in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of Santa Cruz do Sul (UNISC), aims to investigate the concepts of accessibility, universal design, and sensory architecture applied to cultural spaces, with the goal of developing an architectural project for an inclusive artistic and cultural center located in the central area of Santa Cruz do Sul. The adopted methodology includes literature review, study of design references, technical visits to cultural facilities and institutions specialized in serving people with disabilities, and an analysis of accessibility regulations. The results indicate both a lack of cultural spaces with adequate infrastructure that embrace diÁerent forms of artistic expression in the city and a noticeable absence of this audience in the events held. As a contribution, the project brings together a set of information for the creation of an inclusive cultural space that fosters a sense of belonging, artistic expression, and the appreciation of human diversity.</summary>

Abstract: This Final Course Work is based on the observation of a recurring scenario in Brazilian society: the difficulty faced by many women in reconciling motherhood with entering or remaining in the job market. Given the lack of structural support, training opportunities and adequate spaces, the Beabá Center is proposed — a public facility focused on the development of maternal entrepreneurship, with environments for professional qualification, psychosocial support and childcare. The project will be implemented in an area of great symbolic and historical value: the site of the old Rio Pardo/RS Railway Station, a listed cultural heritage site in the city, whose remaining structure will be incorporated and reinterpreted as part of the architectural proposal. This work aims to build the theoretical basis and conceptual repertoire necessary for the second stage of the TFG in Architecture and Urbanism, which will consist of developing the architectural project for the Beabá Center. Topics covered include motherhood and career, female entrepreneurship, maternal mental health, living spaces and emotional support, as well as the role of architecture in creating inclusive, functional and welcoming environments. The proposal seeks, through architecture, to foster learning, economic autonomy and personal empowerment of women, contributing to the transformation of local realities.</summary>
