Abstract: Psychology, as a regulated profession in Brazil since 1962, has expanded its forms of activity over more than 60 years. Initially guided by individual action, was required from professionals several changes in the way they have been working after the enactment of law 10.216 of 2001 (BRASIL, 2001). Known as the law of psychiatric reform, it directed the model of psychosocial care until then based on asylum practice, centered on asylums, towards a form of action with the objective of social reintegration of patients, through monitoring in substitutive services, with multidisciplinary action. Considering the objectives of psychiatric reform, this study aimed to understand how psychology professionals work within mental health inpatient institutions. To this end, a systematic literature review was carried out following the PRISMA guidelines, with data collection on the Scopus and PsycINFO platforms, using the relevant descriptors. Ten studies were included in the qualitative analysis. It was identified that psychological action occurs mainly in multidisciplinary teamwork, psychological assessment, group therapy, individual therapy based on emotions and expression, and interventions with families. In this way, it is possible to consider psychiatric hospitalization services as places of broad psychological action, where different forms of intervention are possible.

Title: Efeitos da fisioterapia sobre parâmetros hemodinâmicos em neonatos submetidos à ventilação não invasiva.
Authors: Dutra, Eduarda Trindade
Abstract: Background: Noninvasive ventilation (NIV) is widely used in neonatal intensive care units; however, the effects of physiotherapy on hemodynamic parameters in neonates remain poorly understood. Objective: To evaluate the effects of physiotherapy on the hemodynamic parameters of neonates undergoing noninvasive ventilation. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, observational, quantitative, and descriptive study conducted in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Thirteen neonates receiving noninvasive ventilation (NIV) underwent either isolated respiratory physiotherapy or respiratory physiotherapy associated with motor physiotherapy. Heart rate, respiratory rate, peripheral oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and the Silverman-Andersen Score were assessed before and after the interventions. Results: A significant increase in peripheral oxygen saturation and a reduction in respiratory distress were observed, with no significant changes in heart rate or blood pressure. Neonates who underwent combined respiratory and motor physiotherapy showed a tendency toward more pronounced results, particularly regarding reductions in respiratory rate and respiratory distress. Conclusion: Physiotherapy promotes beneficial effects on the clinical and hemodynamic parameters of neonates undergoing NIV, improving oxygenation and respiratory pattern without compromising clinical stability. However, studies with larger samples and more clinically homogeneous groups are needed to confirm these findings.
