Title: Gestão financeira de propriedades rurais produtoras de tabaco e o protagonismo da mulher.
Authors: Gehring, Mariéli Helfer
Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the financial management of rural properties that produce market markets in Rio Pardo / RS and understand the role of women's protagonism in this process. The methodology used was qualitative research, with a descriptive and exploratory approach. Data were collected through questionnaires published in family members from seven tobacco-producing rural properties. Characterized as rural
properties, the sociodemographic profile of the family unit, read as stages of tobacco production and verified the financial management practices that make up the routine of the rural producer. The results showed that three properties perform the financial management shown, obtaining its control, organization and planning. With this, they determine the amount of capital that is invested in the tobacco planting and its return, with less chance of failure. As for the protagonism of women, the ability to lead and agility in decision-making are characteristics of them, where they become efficient managers. On rural properties, financial management is carried out by women, in addition to being responsible for carrying out domestic activities. There is every
involvement in the execution of the steps of tobacco production, that is, they participate in all processes that involve a property. Finally, the findings conclude that the financial management of the rural property is of utmost importance, as it directly reflects on the results of the property and the woman who does it, highlighting her protagonism.

Authors: Hoff, Daniela Beatriz
Abstract: Financial and economic analysis is extremely important and integrates business planning to help you find the best investment alternative at the lowest risk. This is based on comparative analysis of the amount of resources coming in and going out, resulting in a profitable return, and also in providing positive cash flow. In this sense, the study aimed to determine the amount required for the initial investment, costs, revenues and expenses of the business, prepare the cash flow projection of investments, apply the VPL, TIR and Payback calculation to analyze the economic viability. and financial support of the projects and verify the viability of the business from the standpoint of a self-employed professional and a legal company. This analysis assumes that the dental professional may choose to pursue the activity individually or may choose to set up a company together with other professionals, thus constituting a dental office and a dental clinic, respectively. However, it is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to the problem, and data collection was performed through documentary research. The results show that the initial investment amount is R$ 61.329,51 for the dental office and R$ 115.493,49 for the dental clinic. Moreover, it is concluded that business costs are low and the cash flow projection is favorable, revealing a deficit only in the first year of activity for both cases studied. Finally, VPL, TIR and Payback calculations show that the project is viable for both professional and autonomous practice and for the legal society.

Title: Análise da lucratividade do tabaco em economia familiar.
Authors: Espindola, Samara Cristiane
Abstract: The main objective of this study was to analyze the profitability of tobacco production in a family economy property located in Venâncio Aires/RS considering the 2018/2019 harvest. The methodology used was qualitative descriptive research and data collection was classified as documentary research. The data were collected through the fiscal documents and information provided by the producer. The following stages were defined in the study: pre-planting, planting, cultivation, harvesting and post-harvesting of tobacco production. The total cost was R$ 27,934.61 being classified as direct costs totaling R$ 9,843.78 and indirect costs R$ 18,090.83. With the help of Excel spreadsheets, liquidity and break-even point calculations were performed. The DRE pointed out loss due to the hailstorm in October 2018, however if there were no climate variable, the producer would make a profit. Through the calculation of the Points of Equilibrium considering the actual revenue obtained and the cost calculated it is observed that the property did not achieve the expected results. On the other hand, the liquidity indexes showed results that point to healthy performance of the property. It is concluded that the knowledge of economic analysis and analysis of costs in rural property are of extreme importance in the organization and control of production in which they reflect directly in the result of the harvest.
